  • Alta Langa - Aresca

    Alta Langa Docg is the Piedmontese brut sparkling wine. A small appellation with a very long history: it was the first traditional method wine to be made in Italy, during the mid-19th century.

     

    Variety: Pinot Noir – Chardonnay

    Vineyards: municipalities of the Alta Langa. Manual harvest in boxes.

    Winemaking: after the fermentation of both types of grapes, the wine refines for a certain period in barrels. It refines at least 30 months sur lies.

    Alc. content: 12,5% vol.

    Tasting notes: fine and persistent perlage, straw yellow color. On the nose it reveals notes of freshly baked bread. In the mouth it is remarkably structured with a particular freshness and flavor.

    Pairing: ideal with shellfish and finger food, as well as an excellent companion for a complete meal.

  • moscato d'asti Aresca

    Moscato d’Asti “Fiore d’Autunno” maintains the original grape aroma fragrant and intact: a balance between the sweetness and the freshness of its natural liveliness. It is a delicious natural drink to be consumed chilled on any occasion.

     

    Variety: 100% Moscato. Vineyards: located in the Monferrato-Langhe area. Manual harvest.

    Winemaking: the hand-picked grapes are pressed fresh. The free-run juice is stored at cold temperature until re-fermentation.

    Alc. content: 5,5% vol.

    Tasting notes: aromatic bouquet typical of Moscato grapes with notes of fruit and flower notes. The taste is aromatic, sweet and persistent with balanced acidity.

    Pairing: ideal for any convivial moments but great with dessert.

  • pinot brut aresca

    Our Pinot sparkling brut is produced with Pinot grapes, a brut with an intense perfume and a rich taste completed by the sensation of freshness. It surprises with a continuous and very fine perlage, making it an elegant and pleasant sparkling wine.

    Variety: Pinot grapes.
    Vineyards: located in the Piedmont area. Manual harvest.
    Winemaking: the hand-picked grapes are soft-pressed and then follow temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation.
    The cuvée is assembled at the end of the winter, right before the foaming in autoclave (sealed steel tank).
    Alcohol content: 11,5-12% vol.
    Tasting notes: an intense aroma and rich taste complete the sensation of freshness from the continuous, very fine perlage of this fashionable, wonderfully dry sparkling wine.
    Pairing: ideal as aperitif and with delicate dishes.
