Cortese is one of the most cultivated vine varieties in Piedmont. It has a delicate bouquet hinting at green apple and exotic fruits. The taste is fresh with notes of pear and peach. It pairs well with fish-based dishes.

Winemaking: the hand-picked grapes are soft-pressed and then follow temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. It ages on the lees for 3 months in steel tanks.
Alcohol content: 11,5-12% vol.
Tasting notes: light straw-yellow wine with green reflexes and a personal aroma of flowers and fruits, with hints of apple and pear. The taste is fresh, dry and savoury.
Pairing: ideal with seafood, fish and as aperitif.Gavi is a famous white wine DOCG zone in Piedmont. The grapes come from vineyards in the area of Gavi, where this vine is traditionally grown. The typical pale yellow colour has green hints, the bouquet and taste are pleasant and fresh. Outstanding with any fish-based dishes. It’s best enjoyed young.

In traditional local culture, the name Arneis is given to someone who is an extrovert, a bit of a rebel, original but with a certain charm. Roero Arneis entices with notes of fresh pear, peach and apricot. The taste is fruity with a touch of creaminess and subtle scent leads into a lively, o-dry nish. It pairs well with fish-based dishes.

This rosé is bright to the eye, pleasantly delicate on the nose with floral notes and red fruit. The taste is elegant and fruity with a soft savory finish. To serve chilled and drink in good company!
